Our story

How did RenueWell
come to be?

Originally, I created this app to help a family member. After her cancer treatment, she was struggling to find order again in her life, so I wanted to create a one-stop shop that had everything she needed to help her with her recovery. Thankfully, she found it very useful and was very insistent that I get this app out into the world. So I fixed up the display, added a few languages, and RenueWell was created!

No. All data is stored exclusively on your device. If you delete the app, your data is permanently deleted. We recommend using iCloud device backup if you want to preserve your logs.
Go to the Log tab, tap the PDF icon in the top right, choose your date range, and tap Generate. You can then share the PDF via email, AirDrop, or any other app on your phone.
Yes. Language preferences can be updated in the app settings. RenueWell is available in English, Spanish, French, Chinese, and Portuguese.

RenueWell never collects, transmits, or shares your health information, ever. Everything you log remains on your device. Your health data belongs to you alone.

1 — Who We Are

RenueWell is a personal health tracking application for iOS designed for people in cancer remission. References to "we," "us," or "our" refer to the developer of RenueWell. For questions, contact us at renuewellsupport@gmail.com.

2 — What Data the App Stores

RenueWell allows you to record and track personal health information, including:

  • Symptom logs and severity ratings
  • Mental health and emotional wellbeing scores
  • Personal habits and completion records
  • Free-text notes
  • Your name (optional, used only for PDF export headers)
  • Notification preferences
  • Your chosen display language

All of this data is stored exclusively on your device using Apple's SwiftData framework. It never leaves your device.

3 — How Your Data Is Used

The data you enter is used solely to provide the app's features: displaying your health trends, generating PDF reports for personal use or to share with your care team, and tracking your habits over time.

We do not use your data for advertising, analytics, machine learning, or any purpose beyond operating the app on your device.

4 — Data Sharing and Third Parties

We do not share your data with any third party. RenueWell contains:

  • No analytics SDKs
  • No advertising frameworks
  • No crash reporting services that transmit data off-device
  • No cloud sync or remote storage
  • No user accounts or authentication services

5 — PDF Export

RenueWell can generate a PDF summary of your health data entirely on your device. We never receive, access, or store a copy of any exported PDF. Sharing via iOS's share sheet is your choice alone.

6 — Children's Privacy

RenueWell is not directed at children under the age of 13 and does not knowingly collect information from children.

7 — Data Retention and Deletion

Your data exists only on your device for as long as the app is installed. Deleting RenueWell permanently deletes all associated data. There is no server-side copy.

8 — Security

Your data is protected by your device's built-in security, like your passcode, Face ID, and Touch ID. Because your data never leaves your device, it is not exposed to network-based risks.

9 — Changes to This Policy

If we make material changes, we will update the effective date above. Continued use of RenueWell after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
